We'll meet to discuss your home building process. Bring designs or land details. We'll explain each phase, including design, construction, and costs. After gathering info, we'll give expert advice and cost.

Step Three: Design

We'll help with your design or refer you to trusted architects and designers. We work closely with you and your architect to create a detailed plan that meets your needs and saves money.

Step Four: Schedule, Permits

We'll outline your building schedule and costs based on our consultations. Once permits are in place, we'll set a start date and sign a detailed build agreement with you.

Step Five: Building

Your new home construction begins. Anlon Custom Construction will keep you updated throughout the process to ensure everything goes smoothly and meets your expectations.

Step Six: Completion

As we near completion, we'll walk through with you to address any final changes. Our favorite part is seeing your delight as you enter your finished home. Enjoy your new home!
